I’m Reverend Sarah Milligan, a spiritual healer, evidential psychic medium, energy based physical medium and an ordained interfaith minister in the Order of Melchizedek. This ministry is devoted to holding space for Heaven on Earth, where Spirit’s love can be felt, known, and embodied.
Since childhood, I have felt the presence of Spirit as a quiet, steady invitation to remember who we truly are—eternal, beloved, and connected beyond this life through love, the thread that unites us all. Over the years, that invitation has become my life’s work: Guiding others to experience the peace of reunion with loved ones, the clarity of divine guidance, and the healing power of Spirit’s love.
My path has woven together mediumship, energy healing, spiritual counseling, and sacred teaching, creating a space where the mystical meets the practical and the miraculous becomes part of everyday life. Whether you are gathering in a Spirit Circle, seeking a private reading or healing, or exploring your own spiritual gifts, my intention is always the same: that you leave with a deeper sense of peace, purpose, self-love, and the remembrance of your beautiful light.
This work is not about me—it is about the unbreakable bonds we share, the miracles that unfold when we open to Spirit, and the remembrance that love is always here to guide us back home and to each other. We are truly One.
I often say I’m just a mom from New Jersey who happens to see Spirit. But the truth is, we are all Spirit—and we are all capable of connecting and remembering.

This sanctuary serves seekers from every background and faith who feel called to remember and return home to the Love that lives within.
A life guided by spirit
I’ve experienced intuitive gifts—clear seeing, sensing, and hearing—since childhood. But it wasn’t until after the birth of my fourth child that a spirit guide appeared in a dream with a simple message that changed everything.
That dream, and the synchronicities that followed, led me to develop my connection with Spirit more fully and step into this work with devotion.
In 2013, I began formal training in psychic mediumship and various healing modalities, later becoming certified as a Psychic Medium & Spiritual Advisor. Along the way, I also became a Reiki Master-Teacher and studied Energy Medicine, Sound Healing, Integrated Energy Therapy, Medical Intuition, and completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training. As a lifelong empath, these practices helped me understand I had been doing energy healing intuitively since I was a young child.
In 2016, I was called to develop physical mediumship for the purpose of healing. The Spirit Healing Circles that followed have touched thousands of people around the world—
clients often say a single circle feels like 100 grief counseling sessions.
Before this path, I was a gymnast, a Division 1 swimmer, an elementary teacher, and a health coach—but in my heart, I’m simply a mom of four who happens to see Spirit and hold space for healing.
Today, I continue to serve Spirit through private readings, healing sessions, and group gatherings. And as I write my first book, it is my hope to help you remember how deeply loved, guided, and powerful you truly are.
